Worked with Head of Design to create brand voice and tone to complement look and feel as we launched the website and app for a hybrid cybersecurity and insurance product. I developed a hierarchy of messaging priorities, guidance, and seed content for various platforms, including the app and customer support hub for customers and resource hub for insurance brokers.
Weirli
Crafted brand voice, tone, and story for Weirli, an emerging handcrafted soap and skincare company. I created a streamlined style guide and clear brand story outline to ensure any changes made to website copy and communications are consistent with brand attributes and the dossiers of target personas.
HomeX
Reconfigured the brand story and website copy to align with the new leading service feature, a remote home services platform. I also led content development for user flows in the HomeX app and edited technical content for a network of remote service experts.
